Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Put beans into a large bowl and toos with the olive oil and spices.

Spray roasting pan with oil and arrange the beans on the pan in a single layer. Roast beans for 20 minutes, stirring once about halfway through.

Remove from oven and squeeze the lemon quarters over the beans and serve immediately.
