Spicy Roasted Green Beans

This recipe originially had shrimp, but we loved the green beans more so.....

Instructions
  • 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 Put beans into a large bowl and toos with the olive oil and spices.
  • 3 Spray roasting pan with oil and arrange the beans on the pan in a single layer. Roast beans for 20 minutes, stirring once about halfway through.
  • 4 Remove from oven and squeeze the lemon quarters over the beans and serve immediately.
