Easy Taco Rice

Ingredients
2 tbsp. Butter
1 cup Long Grain Rice
2 cup Chicken Broth
1 (15oz) can Southwest Corn with Poblano and Red Peppers
1 (4oz) can Mild Green Chiles, chopped
1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp. Granulate Garlic
1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
2 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Instructions

In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter

Add the rice and cook for about 2 minues, stir frequently.

Stir in the remaining ingredient through the black pepper and bring to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat. SImmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the liquid has been absorbed. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes.

Stir in the cilantro and enjoy!
