Quick and easy fish cake alternative to fish sticks

  • 1 In a large bowl, combine the salmon, eggs, bread crumbs, onion, potato flakes, dill, garlic, celery salt, and salt and pepper.
  • 2 Form mixture into 2-inch balls and flatten them to make patties about 1/2-inch thick.
  • 3 Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium eat. In batches, cook the patties abot 5 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
  • 4 Serve woth a sauce of your choice. We use a Creamy Dill Sauce or a Cajun Remoulade.
