The Sauce: Combine the ingredients until well mixed.

The Sandwich: in a medium saute pan over medium heat, place the mortadella and cook until the fat starts to turn opaque and the edges start to brown. Do not overcook.

Building it: Slather the sauce on both sides of the bread. Place one piece of cheese on the bottom, then stack the mortadella, another piece of cheese, then the top bun.

Enjoy. Probably best to make two at a time because they are so good you cannot eat just one.
