In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the 1 tbsp. olive oil. Rub the steak with the taco seasoning and sear until desired doneness, flipping once. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain into strips.

Meanwhile make the dressing by whisking together all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.

In a large salad bowl, add the romaine, tomatoes, corn, black beans, and steak strips. Drizzle with the dressing and toss to coat. Garnish with the green onions.
