Dixon Family Recipes - Crunchy Chicken Salad

A Guy Fieri Recipe!

Goes great on a toasted Everything Bagel!

1 Riotisserie Chicken, deboned (we have also used 2 cans of chicken breast meat)

1 medium Carrots, finley diced

1 stalk Celery, finely diced

1/2 large Red Onion, finely diced

1 1/2 tsp. Celery Salt

2 tbsp. Dijon Mutard or Grainy Mustard

1 cup Mayo

1/2 tsp. Paprika

1.2 tsp. Black Pepper

1 Place the chicken meat into a large bowl. If using the canned meat, drain first.
2 Add all of the ingredient to the chicken and combine thuroughly.
3 Serve on a good fresh roll with lettce and tomato, or on a toasted Everything Bagel.
