  • 1 In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, and lemon juice. Add the olive oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking until combined. Season with salt & pepper to taste. I put all the ingredients in a mason jar, put a lid on it and shake vigorously until the emulsion is ready.
