Preheat oven to 350 degrees ad lightly grease a baking sheet. Arrange the poblano halves in a single layer so they are not overlapping. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes while you move on to the nexte step.

Add the ground meat to a large skillet and saute for 5 to 8 minues until the meat is browned and cooked through.

Add the rice and season with the cumin, chili powder, and granulated garlic. Stir to mix and cook for 3 minutes.

Stir in the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and green chiles. Cook another 2 to 4 minutes.

Spoon the mixture into the peppers, sprinkle with cheese, and return to the oven for another 10 minuets or until the pepers are tender and the cheese has melted.
