Juicy Stop Top Chicken Thighs

  • 1 Season chicken thigs with granulated onion, granulaed garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper.
  • 2 Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • 3 Add the seasoned chicken thighs to the skillet, smooth side down and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until you can easily flip over the chicken. Flip and continue to cook for 6 to 7 minutes more or until no longer pink.
  • 4 Add the butter and minced garlic, cook for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
  • 5 Add the chicken stick and stir around to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. COntinue to cook for another minute.
  • 6 Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
