Preheat oven to 500 degrees, yes that says five hundred degrees!

Combine all of the ingedient in a large bowl making sure they are completely mixed. Let rest in the fridge for about 1 hour.

Form meatballs that are slightly bigger then a golf ball. I get 20 to 22 meatballs from this recipe.

Spray a 9x3 glass casserole dish with cooking oil and place the meatballs in so they are touching.

Bake for 1 hour.

These freeze well and are a great replacement for beef meatballs when you want that something different.
