Make the Sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the flour and stir to combine. Let cook for 1 minute. Add the half n half and stir to get all the roux mixed in. Add the granualted garlic, salt and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in the parmesan cheese. Set aside.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the steak umms until no longer pink. Season with salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, and granulated onion. Using a slotted spoon, remove from pan and set aside on a paper towel lined plate.

In the same skillet, heat some oil over medium high heat. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, making sure they release their moisture and it has evaporated. Season with salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, and granulated onion. Using a slotted spoon, add these to the steak.

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees.

Roll out the dough to fit into the 16-inch pizza pan. Stir the sauce and ladle a thin coating onto the pie.

Spread the cheese mixture evenly across the pie. Do the same with the steak/mushroom mixture.

Bake for 14 minuntes at 500 degrees. Remove from oven and dust with grated parmesan cheese.

Wait about 10 minutes before cutting to let the cheese settle.
