Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

Roll out dough to fit into a 16-inch pizza pan.

Put a thin layer of sauce on the dough followed by a layer of cheese.

Top the pizza with all the vegetables and meats. Break to sausage down with your fingers into pieces, cut bacon to little strips, etc. Leave raw as they will cook in the oven.

Bake for 14 minutes. Remove from oven and dust with grated parmesan cheese.

I would give it a few minutes once out of the oven to let the cheese settle before cutting into it.
