Taco Stuffed Shells

A fusion of Tacos and paste! Awesome!

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 Cook pasta shells according to package directoins, drain and let cool while you prep the meat.
  • 3 Brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until cooked and no longer pink, drain excess fat and return meat to the pan. Add the water and taco seasoning and cook, stirring constantly until the water is gone.
  • 4 Remove from the heat and stir in the salsa and cheese.
  • 5 Scoop the taco mixture into the shells and place in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Top with extra salsa and cheese and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • 6 Serve with a dollop of sour cream and some green onions or chives.
