Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large skillet, cook the beef until no longer pink. Drain the excess fat and return the beef to the skillet

While the meat is browning, cook the pasta as the package directs.

Add 2 tbsp. taco seasoning and 2 tbsp. water to the meat and heat, stirring frequently, until the liquid is gone.

When the meat is bubbling, add the corn, black beans, diced tomtatoes, and rotele.

In a small bowl mix the taco sauce and sour cream together with the remaining tbsp. of taco seasoning and whisk. Add the sauce mixute to the meat.

Drain the pasta and add it to the meat. Stir well so that all of the ingredients get evenly distributed. Mix in 1 cup of the shredded cheese.

Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 25 minutes until totally heated thru and the cheese has browned slightly.

Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes before serving.
