Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Add the ground beef to a large skillet and brown until a deep brown crust appears before breaking the beef apart.

Stir the ground beef and brown until a deep crust appears on about 50 percent of the beef.

Remove the beef, drain the fat, and add the butter, onions , and green bell peppers.

Let brown for 1 o 2 minutes before stirrin, let brown for another 1 to 2 minutes before stirring again. Add the beef back into the pan.

Add the ketchup, Worcestersire Sauce, salt and pepper into the pan and stir

Take off the heat and scoop into the pasta shells. Careful the filling is hot. Top each shell with a cube of cheddar cheese, you will use half the cheese for this. Place the stuffed shells into a baking dish.

Using eh same pan add the beef broth, milk and cornstarch and whisk before turning the heat back on. Add the rest of the cheese a litte at a time while whisking for 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened. Pour about helf of this around the shells, saving the rest for serving.

Bake for 10 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is all melted
