Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Shells

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 Add the ground beef to a large skillet and brown until a deep brown crust appears before breaking the beef apart.
  • 3 Stir the ground beef and brown until a deep crust appears on about 50 percent of the beef.
  • 4 Remove the beef, drain the fat, and add the butter, onions , and green bell peppers.
  • 5 Let brown for 1 o 2 minutes before stirrin, let brown for another 1 to 2 minutes before stirring again. Add the beef back into the pan.
  • 6 Add the ketchup, Worcestersire Sauce, salt and pepper into the pan and stir
  • 7 Take off the heat and scoop into the pasta shells. Careful the filling is hot. Top each shell with a cube of cheddar cheese, you will use half the cheese for this. Place the stuffed shells into a baking dish.
  • 8 Using eh same pan add the beef broth, milk and cornstarch and whisk before turning the heat back on. Add the rest of the cheese a litte at a time while whisking for 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened. Pour about helf of this around the shells, saving the rest for serving.
  • 9 Bake for 10 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is all melted
