Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and season with the granulated onion, granulated garlic, salt and Pepper. Cook fo 3 to 5 minutes until seared on all sides.

Add the French Onion soup and beef broith to the pot. Bring to a simmer and cook on low for 10 minutes.

Add the egg noodles and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the noodles are tender.

Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the crispy french fried onion on top and serve.
