  • 1 Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  • 2 Add the beef and season with the granulated onion, granulated garlic, salt and Pepper. Cook fo 3 to 5 minutes until seared on all sides.
  • 3 Add the French Onion soup and beef broith to the pot. Bring to a simmer and cook on low for 10 minutes.
  • 4 Add the egg noodles and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the noodles are tender.
  • 5 Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the crispy french fried onion on top and serve.
