Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season the thinly sliced sirloin steak with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak and cook untll browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In same skillet, add the onion, and mushrooms and cook until they are softened and golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for 30 to 60 seconds until fragrant.

Pour the beef broth and heavy cream into the skillet, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cheeses until melted and smooth.

Return the cooked steak to the skillet and add the tortellini. Stir everything together until well combined and coated with the cheese sauce.

Garnish with chopped Fresh Parsley before serving.
