Crispy Southwest Wrap

A quick meal that takes less then 30 minutes.

  • 1 Add the ground beef to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and break it up until browned. Drain grease.
  • 2 Season with a little sale and pepper and add the chili powder, cumin, granulated garlic, and water, Stir to combine.
  • 3 Add the black beans, corn, bell pepper, and onions and toss to combine Saute to 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 4 Mix in the rice and cook for 2 minuets to warm it up.
  • 5 Lay out the tortillas. Line each with a handful of cheese. Top with a scoop of the filling. Starting rolling up the wrap, folding the sides in like a burrito. Repeat until all wraps are constructed
  • 6 Heat a large skillet over medium0-high heat. Spray the skillet generously with cooking spray and place the wraps seam side down on the skillet.
  • 7 Gently brush the tops of the wraps with oil and turn them over. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes then flip. Keep going until they are golden and crispy.
  • 8 Serve warm with some sour cream and salsa!
