Instructions

• 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 Pour cake mix into a large bowl. Stir in the eggs, oil, and lemon extract until well blended. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into a large bowl of pwdered sugar and toss until coated. Place onto an ungreased cookie sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
• 3 Bake for 6 to 9 minutes. The bottoms will be light brown, and the inside will be chewy.
• 4 This recipe is good for many flavors of cake mix. Just change the flavor of extract too. Strawberry amd Orange were delicious when we made them.
