Whisk 1 tbsp. Cornstarch, 3 tbsp. Soy sauce, 1 tbsp. Sugar, and 1 tbsp. Vegetable oil in a large bowl. Add the steak and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer. Longer is Better!

Whisk remaining tablespoons of Cornstarch, soy sauce and oyster sauce with the beef broth and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the giner, broccoli, carrots, and the remaining tbsp. of sugar and stir fry to 3 to 4 minunes. Transfer to a warm plate. Heat another tbsp. of pil on he skillet and add the onion and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook, turning gently for 2 monutes. Transfer onion and tomatoes to the warm plate with the broccoli and carrots.

Reduce the heat to medium-high and add the remaining 2 tbsp. oil to the skillet. Add the steak and stir fry for 1 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Whisk the saue mixtures and add it to the skillet and simmer for 1 minute. Return the vegetables to the skillet and cook until the meat is cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes.
