Cheeseburger Eggrolls

Instructions
  • 1 For the Sauce: Grate the onion. Be sure to use any juices that accumulate. In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1 hour wihle preparing the eggrolls.
  • 2 Te Eggrolls: Cook the ground beef until no longer pink, drain the excess fat and set aside.
  • 3 Cook the onion until transluscent, about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  • 4 Add the beef back to the pan and add in all of the rest of the ingredient, except the wrappers.
  • 5 To assemble the eggrolls, place 2 to 3 spoonfulls of the ground beef mixture in the center of the wrapper.
  • 6 Wet the edge of the wrapper with water. Fild in the two opposite corners to the center and then tightly roll. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
  • 7 Heat the vegetable oil to 350 degrees. Fry the eggrolls in batches until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Drain on a wire rack.
  • 8 Serve with the Bg Mac Dipping Sauce
