For the Sauce: Grate the onion. Be sure to use any juices that accumulate. In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1 hour wihle preparing the eggrolls.

Te Eggrolls: Cook the ground beef until no longer pink, drain the excess fat and set aside.

Cook the onion until transluscent, about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat.

Add the beef back to the pan and add in all of the rest of the ingredient, except the wrappers.

To assemble the eggrolls, place 2 to 3 spoonfulls of the ground beef mixture in the center of the wrapper.

Wet the edge of the wrapper with water. Fild in the two opposite corners to the center and then tightly roll. Repeat with remaining wrappers.

Heat the vegetable oil to 350 degrees. Fry the eggrolls in batches until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Drain on a wire rack.
